Two Healthcare Veterans Join Kadent’s Management Team

READING PA, May 23, 2007—Kadent today announced that it has named Mike Moss and Frank Robinson as Executive Directors of Kadent Healthcare, providing business office solution services to clients nationwide.

Mr. Moss, with nearly 20 years of revenue cycle management experience, previously was the East Region Business Office Director of American Medical Response, the leading provider of ambulance services in the United States. Mr. Moss previously had been the Director, Revenue Cycle, for Mercy Medical Center in Canton, Ohio, a 476-bed hospital jointly owned by the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine Health System and University Hospitals Health System.

Mr. Robinson, a Certified Patient Account Manager with 30 years of revenue cycle management experience, recently completed a two-year patient financial services consulting engagement at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He had previously held positions with Blue Ridge Healthcare, Hospital Billing and Collections Services, Ltd., Primary Health Systems, Inc. and Seton Medical Group.
